Will my report be anonymous?

Your contact information is kept confidential and never shared with resorts or third parties. We only use it to investigate your report and provide updates.

What if my issue is urgent?

Mark it as "Critical" severity. Critical reports are reviewed immediately by our safety team. For life-threatening emergencies, contact local authorities first.

Can I track my report status?

Yes! Your confirmation email includes a tracking number. You can also opt-in to receive email updates when your report status changes.

What happens to the resort?

We work collaboratively with resorts to correct issues. Serious or repeated violations may affect their CESI score and certification status.

Do you accept photos or videos?

Yes! Visual evidence is extremely helpful. You can upload up to 5 photos directly in the form. Videos can be shared via a link in the description.

How long does resolution take?

Most issues are resolved within 7-14 days. Complex cases requiring resort renovations or policy changes may take longer, but we'll keep you updated.
